Peel Developments are just one example of the many property development companies that now commission our Location Database© and Location Reviews©. These provide comprehensive information useful in the marketing of commercial developments.

Our first work for Peel during 2002 set out the conditions that an occupier would face if taking up space at Venus, Peel’s flagship development at Trafford Quays adjacent to the Trafford Centre in Greater Manchester. The Journey To Work Area (JTWA) was mapped from primary data collected on and near to the site. This was then used to derive a real-time mapping of the recruitment area with all demographic and workforce data modelled to fit this.
Our JTWA modelling and analysis is unique and able to deliver information on a much more accurate resolution than any other provider in the UK. We do not provide tables of impenetrable data. We set out the key characteristics and what these mean for those considering a letting, right down to comparative cost information. We don’t like surprises as much as anyone else.
We work directly with our clients marketing teams, media agencies and property agents to provide a fully researched but clear and concise product for site selection and/or marketing purposes.

In addition to analysis of the local residential and recruitment catchment, our work can incorporate information on technical specifications, local amenities, transport and infrastructure. Reviews then become a powerful support tool alongside more traditional glossy brochures. And we can always be found at the end of the phone to support our documents when in use.
EWL 2007
We have modelled and assessed recruitment catchments for 200+ Business Park and city centre sites in the UK and have extended our work to cover broad employment areas covered by the country’s larger inward investment authorities.
As well as the highly successful Venus Trafford Quays Location Healthcheck we have also completed Location Reviews covering three Peel owned airports (Durham Tees Valley, Liverpool John Lennon and Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield), Salford Quays and Calder Business Park in Wakefield.
