Having a prominent site available for commercial development for a range of uses on a main road frontage in a suburb of Birmingham, we commissioned a Location Review from EWL to help occupiers in assessing the benefits and characteristics of the location and its workforce.

NWDA required detailed demographic analysis for a large inward investment project, expertise that was not available in-house.

East West offered something very different that the usual sources could not provide, namely the journey to work (JTWA) calculation on population instead of the traditional electoral boundary approach. This provided a better reflection of the size and strengths of several key cities in the North West, so putting forward a more attractive proposition to the potential investor.
