Although we are at heart a professional economic development consultancy, we also pride ourselves on the visual quality of our outputs.

We are aware that some consultancy outputs can appear dry and difficult to penetrate to the key issues. For this reason we always strive to combine our professional analysis and reporting with a more digestable look and feel.

In other words, the difference that makes the difference.

The most salient example of this is in our Location Review^© Series of documents that set out the key characteristics of industrial and office premises. We have been producing Location Reviews for a wide range of property developers, agents and local authorities since 1998 but starting around 2001 they began to take on a different feel. Working alongside those using the reports to assess their next location we shortened the textual content, focused on the key issues being asked of a location and provided more visual tools to compare areas against each other.

Location Reviews now cover over 200 locations in the UK, each reporting on local conditions in either the recruitment market or retail market for a specific site or employment zone. All Reviews are based on real world observed catchment behaviour - NOT standard administrative geographies or computer generated drivetimes.

As a minimum our current Location Reviews cover the following areas;

Demographic Profiles
Workforce Conditions
Skills and Education Information
Property and/or Employee Cost Data & Comparisons
Local Infrastructure and Transport Information
Economic/Business Support Issues in the Area

In contrast to our consultancy based work, Location Reviews are now as close to an off the shelf product as you can get. Each Review is deliverable within three weeks from commissioning with a standard pricing structure of £4,850 + VAT where we have not covered the location previously, less if we have.

Where you do not need a full Review to provide powerful data for a marketing brochure we can prepare catchment data and key points for inclusion within the standard glossy brochure. Where you need more, we can prepare CD or DVD presentations of the Review and any associated technical specifications or brochure shots.
