Our work reflects what is happening in the real world as opposed to using standard administrative geographies or computer generated drivetimes that do not fit the reality.

The data collected by our in-situ market research teams allows us to provide the most up to date and accurate analysis of who visits an area, how they visit, why? or who works at a particular spot, what types of work they are engaged in and where they travel from daily.

Our in-house market survey team have developed experience in a wide range of surveying techniques; from simple traffic and commuter counts to on street questionnaires or site specific employee focus groups.

We also regularly conduct telephone consultations as part of our work. If the contract involves a confidential client or where we need to retain a degree of specialist involvement in the consultation these are provided in-house. Other work is delivered by a Market Research Society accredited agency that we have used for the past ten years and who have a wealth of experience in Housing, Resident and other related local community survey work.
